“APLICACIÓN DE LA MEDIACIÓN PARA SOLUCIONAR LOS CONFLICTOS ENTRE USUARIOS Y LOS SERVIDORES TURÍSTICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE BAÑOS DE AGUA SANTA”.

Abstract

El tema: “Aplicación de la Mediación para solucionar los conflictos entre usuarios y los servidores turísticos de la ciudad de Baños de Agua Santa" implica analizar la importancia de la Mediación, la investigación aplicada es de tipo Exploratorio, posee una metodología flexible permite familiarizarse a la investigadora con el fenómeno u objeto de estudio, es descriptiva y posee un nivel de medición precisa, una vez detectado el problema por la investigadora a través de dialogo y la observación directa, se procedió a la elaboración del marco teórico, con la ayuda de libros, revistas, folletos, e internet que sirvieron de soporte técnico y académico en la formulación de las categorías fundamentales para luego desglosarse de las constelaciones de ideas constituyéndose en un verdadero soporte bibliográfico. Realizadas todas estas actividades se vio la necesidad de aplicar la propuesta de la creación del Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje-Baños, para de esta forma solucionar los conflictos entre usuarios y servidores turísticos de una forma amigable sin ser necesario acudir a los procesos judiciales, sin perjuicio a ninguna de las partes interesadas. The theme: "Application of Mediation to resolve conflicts between users and servers in the tourist town of Baños de Agua Santa " involves analyzing the importance of mediation , applied research is exploratory, has a flexible methodology allows to familiarize investigating the phenomenon or object of study is descriptive and has a level of precise measurement , once the problem is detected by the researcher through dialogue and direct observation , we proceeded to the development of the framework, with the help of books, magazines, brochures, and internet which served as technical and academic support in the formulation of the fundamental categories and then broken constellations of ideas becoming a true bibliographic support . Carried all these activities was the need for the proposed the creation of the Center for Mediation and Arbitration- Baths, to thereby resolve conflicts between users and servers tourist in a friendly way without being necessary to resort to the judicial process, without prejudice to any interested parties.
