La metodología utilizada para esta investigaciones de campo, porque se visitó el lugar donde se realiza la recaudación de tributos; y es documental pues se necesitó de fuentes de información interna del Departamento de Tesorería del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Baños de Agua Santa para conocer, ampliar y fundamentar este trabajo; una gran mayoría de contribuyentes del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Baños de Agua Santa mantienen valores pendientes por tributos municipales con lo que se propone la aplicación de una guía operativa de la acción coactiva para una oportuna recuperación de la obligaciones de la municipalidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work of thesis for independent modality the coercive action and his incident is focused in the study in the portfolio by not collected taxes. The methodology used for this investigation is field, because this investigation need to watch the place was visited where the collection of taxes is realized; and it is documentary since it needed sources of internal information of the Treasury department of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Baños de Agua Santa to know, to extend and to base this work.
