Abstract
This research project confronts the current developing situation nowadays in the
Association of Professional Football in the province of Tungurahua, another goal of
it is to regulate and monitor all soccer clubs in the city of Ambato, and the purpose is
to find the flaws that directly affect the Association. This project aims to growth the
economic and financial development and to reform policies and procedures in order
to implement a financial analysis for proper decisions annually. For the preparation
of the project the support of the Administration of the Association of Professional
Football in the province of Tungurahua was obtained, for its study information from
books, magazines, newspapers and the Internet was also acquired. The collected
sources of information were surveys and interviews with leaders and administrators,
all these led to an inadequate control of expenditure and the economic decrease.
Description
El presente proyecto de investigación plantea, la situación actual que se desarrolla
hoy en día en la Asociación de fútbol profesional de la provincia del Tungurahua, el
mismo que tiene como fin regular y monitorear a todos los Clubs de fútbol de la
ciudad de Ambato, el propósito es encontrar las falencias que afecten directamente a
la Asociación. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo incrementar el desarrollo
económico financiero y la reforma a las políticas y procedimientos, con el interés de
implementar anualmente un análisis financiero para la correcta toma de decisiones.
Para la elaboración del proyecto se contó con la autorización de la Administración de
la Asociación de fútbol profesional de la provincia del Tungurahua, para su estudio
también se obtuvo información de libros, revistas, periódicos e internet. La fuente de
recolección de información que se utilizó fueron las encuestas y entrevistas a los
dirigentes y administrativos, las mismas que dieron como resultado el inadecuado
control de los gastos así como el decrecimiento económico.
