| dc.description | La Responsabilidad Social (RS), aunque es un tema que lleva algunos años de auge en varios países, en el Ecuador es relativamente nueva, como sociedad debemos concientizar sobre la importancia de su correcta aplicación y exigir que los servicios y productos que recibimos mantengan afinidad con esta conducta de respeto hacia la colectividad. La implementación de la RS en el ámbito empresarial, específicamente en los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados, es una temática que, aunque puede llegar a ser polémica, no se debe dejar en el olvido. El conocimiento exhaustivo que es lo que pretende brindar esta investigación, es lo que nos llevará a lograr una comunidad que confía en sus autoridades y que están dispuestas a apoyar sus iniciativas porque existirá la seguridad de que se están velando por sus intereses. Este estudio tiene como objetivo conocer el nivel de conocimiento que existe sobre el tema entre los trabajadores del GADMA, determinar la influencia que tiene el Trabajo Social en la aplicación de la Responsabilidad Social en esta institución e identificar el tipo que se aplica en la Municipalidad, para que en base a esto podamos ofrecer la mejor propuesta para efectivizar la Responsabilidad Social usando los conocimientos y habilidades del Trabajador Social. Con esta finalidad, hemos utilizado un diseño metodológico cuantitativo, aplicando un cuestionario diseñado específicamente para la recolección de los datos que precisamos para respaldar este trabajo, este se aplicó a un conjunto de trabajadores de diferentes departamentos y secretarías, con el propósito de conocer de forma generalizada el estado en el que se encuentra el empleo de este compromiso con la sociedad. Las conclusiones obtenidas están basadas en las percepciones de las personas encuestadas sobre el manejo que se viene haciendo de la implementación de proyectos y los servicios que se han estado prestando con el fin de ofrecer mejores condiciones a los colaboradores de esta entidad, sobre lo que existe poca claridad, desde el vació conceptual, los beneficios o quiénes son los encargados de ejecutarlos. | dc.description.abstract | Social Responsibility (SR), although it is a topic that has been booming for some years in several countries, is relatively new in Ecuador. As a society, we must be aware of the importance of its correct application and demand that the services and products we receive maintain affinity with this conduct of respect towards the community. The implementation of SR in the business environment, specifically in the Decentralized Autonomous Governments, is a topic that, although it can become controversial, should not be forgotten. The exhaustive knowledge that this research aims to provide is what will lead us to achieve a community that trusts its authorities and that is willing to support their initiatives because there will be the certainty that their interests are being looked after. The objective of this study is to know the level of knowledge that exists on the subject among GADMA workers, to determine the influence that Social Work has in the application of Social Responsibility in this institution and to identify the type that is applied in the Municipality, so that based on this we can offer the best proposal to make Social Responsibility effective using the knowledge and skills of the Social Worker. With this purpose, we have used a quantitative methodological design, applying a questionnaire specifically designed for the collection of the data we need to support this work, this was applied to a group of workers from different departments and secretariats, in order to know in a generalized way the state in which the use of this commitment to society is. The conclusions obtained are based on the perceptions of the people surveyed on the management of the implementation of projects and services that have been provided in order to offer better conditions to the collaborators of this entity, about which there is little clarity, from the conceptual vacuum, the benefits or who are in charge of executing them.
