dc.descriptionThe objective of this paper is to analyze the parenting styles in the social development of adolescents aged 12 and 13 from the U. E. Juan Pablo II of the Ambato canton. It was carried out in the period September-February 2022-2023. The research approach was executed through the variables; Parenting styles in social development, which were measured by using different tests, both qualitative and quantitative, so it is of a mixed nature. The scope is descriptive and correlational, the modality is bibliographic or documentary and field. It was identified that the parenting styles used by the parents of the adolescents were mostly "permissive", in addition the social development could be characterized thanks to the Vineland social maturity scale, giving us as a result a "lower normal" social maturityes_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente tiene por objetivo analizar los estilos de crianza parental en el desarrollo social en adolescentes de 12 y 13 años de la U. E. Juan Pablo II del cantón Ambato. Se realizó en el periodo Septiembre- Febrero 2022-2023. El enfoque de investigación se ejecutó mediante las variables; Estilos de crianza parental en el desarrollo social, que fueron medidos mediante el uso de diferentes test, tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos, por lo que, es de carácter mixto. El alcance es de tipo descriptiva y correlacional, la modalidad es bibliográfica o documental y de campo. Se identifico que los estilos de crianza parental utilizados por los padres de los adolescentes, fueron en su mayoría “permisivos”, además el desarrollo social pudo ser caracterizado gracias a la escala de madurez social Vineland, brindándonos como resultado una madurez social “normal inferior”.es_ES
