Aplicación móvil para consulta de turnos de regadío del canal de riego Píllaro ramal norte Yatchil Central

Abstract

Esta tesis tiene como objetivo desarrollar una aplicación móvil que muestre la lista de los turnos de riego del canal de riego de Yatchil Central, de igual forma una aplicación web que permita el manejo de la base de datos que se creará para albergar la información requerida por nuestro algoritmo que generará la calendarización de los turnos de riego de manera automática. Uno de los sistemas operativos que mas a sobresalido para dispositivos móviles es Android OS desarrollado por Google, siendo un sistema operativo bien difundido, los desarrolladores se han dedicado al desarrollo de aplicaciones que ejecuten sobre esta plataforma. Con este análisis se ha realizado una aplicación de consulta de turnos de riego del canal de riego de Yatchil Central, aplicación que resulta beneficiosa para mas de 450 usuarios que evitarán formar largas colas y pagar un costo de impresión para obtener el turno correspondiente de regadío. Mediante esta aplicación el usuario accederá rápidamente a la información detallada sobre la fecha y hora que le corresponde hacer uso del agua, podrá generar un archivo PDF y guardarlo en su dispositivo para imprimirlo en algún momento si fuera el caso. Con el afán de facilitar el trabajo a los administradores del canal de riego en lo que se refiere al mantenimiento de la base de datos, se ha realizado una aplicación web con el que a más de realizar consultas, se podrá insertar, actualizar y eliminar registros de las tablas asociadas al proceso de calendarización de los turnos de regadío. Con esto se da la comodidad al administrador de acceder a la base de datos desde cualquier navegador y realizar las modificaciones necesarias para la correcta distribución del agua. Tanto la consulta y el mantenimiento a través de la aplicación móvil y la aplicación web respectivamente, se lo realiza a una base de datos que contiene todo el registro y procesos necesarios para generar turnos de riego automáticamente. Mediante un trigger de base de datos, se ha solucionado el trabajo repetitivo y complejo de generar turnos de riego que hasta hace poco los administradores lo realizaban manualmente y les tomaba casi una semana para concluir la elaboración de los cinco calendarios que corresponde a todas las tomas de riego con las que cuenta el canal, con este proceso automático al administrador le tomará pocos minutos generar todos los calendarios para todas las tomas. By means of this application the user will gain access quickly to the information detailed on the date and hour that is up to him to make use of the water, he will be able to generate a file PDF and keep it in its device to print it in some moment if it was the case. In an effort to facilitate the work to the managers of the channel of irrigation as for maintenance of the database, a web application has been made with which, in addition to realize consultations, it will be possible to insert, to update and to eliminate records of the tables associated with the scheduling process of irrigation shifts. On this the serviceability one meets to the manager of gaining access to the database from any navigator and realizing modifications necessary for the correct distribution of the water. So much the consultation and the maintenance through the mobile application and the web application respectively, realizes it to a database that contains the whole record and necessary processes to generate irrigation shifts automatically. By means of a database trigger, the repetitive and complex work of generating irrigation shifts has been solved, until recently the managers did it manually and it took them almost a week to complete the elaboration of the five calendars that corresponds to all the captures of irrigation with which the channel is provided, with this automatic process to the manager it will take a few minutes to generate all the calendars for all the captures.
