| dc.description | This research is based on the need to conduct an empirical study in the real estate sector, which historically has very little research within specific temporalities, being a sector with an important contribution to the GDP of Ecuador; through this study, we seek to know if there is a relationship between the economic dimension and employment in the Ecuadorian real estate sector in the period 2019-2021. Through the application of a descriptive analysis that evidenced the behavior of the variables throughout the temporality of the study, in addition, a Pearson correlation test and an econometric ANOVA model of panel data by fixed effects are used, in which the hypothesis of Gibrat's Law was used to determine if the relationship between economic dimension and employment, has a greater infection within the Ecuadorian economy and through this it was concluded that the size of the companies has a direct effect on the difference between small and large companies within the real estate sector in Ecuador. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación parte de la necesidad de realizar un estudio empírico en el sector inmobiliario, mismo que históricamente cuenta con muy pocas investigaciones dentro temporalidades específicas, siendo un sector con un importante aporte al PIB del Ecuador; a través de este estudio, se busca conocer si existe relación entre la dimensión económica y el empleo en el sector inmobiliario ecuatoriano en el periodo 2019-2021. Mediante la aplicación de un análisis descriptivo que puso en evidencia el comportamiento de las variables a lo largo de la temporalidad del estudio, además, se utiliza una prueba de correlación de Pearson y un modelo econométrico ANOVA de datos panel por efectos fijos, en los cuales se empleó la hipótesis de la Ley de Gibrat para determinar si la relación entre dimensión económica y empleo, tiene una infección mayor dentro de la economía ecuatoriana y por medio de esta se concluyó que el tamaño de las empresas tiene una afección directa en la diferencia entre empresas pequeñas y grandes dentro del sector inmobiliario en el Ecuador. | es_ES |
