Abstract

La presente investigación trata del estudio del conflicto familiar y la vulneración de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes, tomando especial atención a una de las alteraciones psicológicas que son originadas a los más vulnerables del entorno familiar que son los menores, padecimiento denominado Síndrome de Alienación Parental. Es así que se pretende implementar la Mediación como método alternativo de solución a la contienda legal, para mitigar en la medida de lo posible daños en el núcleo familiar, tomando el giro innovador de la investigación que se enfoca en la oportuna detección de alteraciones en la psiquis del menor que se encuentra en medio del conflicto. La presente investigación se enfoca en ir más allá de plantear una solución, al problema, tiene la finalidad de ejecutar la reforma contando con el apoyo y promoción de un miembro del legislativo.
