Levantamiento de información para la acreditación según la norma NTE INEN-ISO/IEC 17025:2018 del laboratorio de investigación de mecánica (LIM UTA) para el ensayo físico de inflamabilidad según la norma ISO 3795

Abstract

The gathering of information for the accreditation of the “Laboratorio de Investigación Mecánica” (LIM UTA) is carried out since the laboratory is not an accredited entity, so it needs to meet a series of requirements to guarantee the verification of the method and the validity of the results tested in the tests. The curricular integration work, technical project, started with the induction to the platform of the “Servicio de Acreditación Ecuatoriano” (SAE), which led us to analyze all the necessary documents to start the accreditation process. One of these documents resulted in the completion of a questionnaire based on the NTE INEN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 Standard, with which the requirements that the laboratory must comply with through an internal audit were reviewed and evaluated; to proceed to issue the respective report that involves the identified non-conformities. The non-conformities and opportunities for improvement were raised to end with the closing report of the internal audit. In order to create missing documents or update them to proceed with the update of the master list and upload the required documents in the SISAC system. Finally, the purchase of the SISAC system was made, which allows us to obtain the license to manage said system. The specific approach is to make the application for accreditation, where we will upload the documents from the master list thus waiting for verification that the application is complete, giving us the receipt of the date for the IN SITU evaluation, longing for accreditation.
