| Zusammenfassung: | La implementación de una contabilidad adecuada debió ser esencial para el éxito financiero de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas, así como para los emprendimientos catastrados como Personas Naturales. Esto motivó a buscar una solución a las varias dificultades que enfrentaba la fábrica. La implementación de la Contabilidad a través del software contable Plan Contable General (PCG) permitió a la empresa privada MDA Paredes tener un mejor control financiero y tomar decisiones más informadas para el fortalecimiento empresarial. Durante el trabajo se diagnosticó la estructura organizativa y sus principales procesos. Posteriormente, se organizó la información contable empírica, se sintetizó y se ingresó al software contable PCG para automatizarla y obtener información financiera precisa. Como resultado, se evidenció que los activos tenían sostenibilidad en la cuenta de clientes, lo que demostró una dependencia significativa de la cartera. Además, las cuentas de compras y sueldos de los obreros representaban más de la mitad de las ventas, lo que afectaba directamente la cuenta patrimonial y los resultados en libros. Sin embargo, presentaron utilidad del ejercicio en la fábrica. |
| Beschreibung: | The implementation of adequate accounting must have been essential for the financial success of Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as for enterprises registered as Natural Persons. This motivated the search for a solution to the various difficulties that the factory was facing. The implementation of accounting through the accounting software General Accounting Plan (PCG) allowed the private company MDA Paredes to have better financial control and make more informed decisions for business strengthening. During the work, the organizational structure and its main processes were diagnosed. Subsequently, the empirical accounting information was organized, synthesized, and entered the PCG accounting software to automate it and obtain accurate financial information. As a result, it was evidenced that the assets had sustainability in the customer account, which demonstrated a significant dependence on the portfolio. In addition, the accounts for purchases and salaries of the workers represented more than half of the sales, which directly affected the equity account and the results in books. However, they presented profit for the year at the factory. |
