| Abstract: | El presente trabajo de Integración Curricular consistió en analizar la influencia de las redes sociales y el comportamiento en los estudiantes de décimo grado paralelo “B” de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa Juan león Mera “La Salle” de la ciudad de Ambato, por medio de un enfoque cuali-cuatitativo, que al ser combinados contribuyen a anular posibles sesgos para una mejor comprensión del presente estudio. Se precisó de un nivel exploratorio y descriptivo puesto que es una metodología más flexible, permitiendo describir el origen de este tema en interés y en relación a las variables de estudio. Con respecto a la modalidad aplicada fue bibliográfica y de campo, acudiendo a varias fuentes confiables de información y asistiendo de forma presencial al lugar de los hechos. De igual modo, para alcanzar cada uno de los objetivos propuestos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta con el correspondiente instrumento llamado cuestionario que contienen preguntas de opción múltiple y preguntas valoradas según la escala de Likert dirigidas a los estudiantes de entre 14 y 16 años. En cuanto a la población se contó con un total de 40 estudiantes que pertenecen al décimo grado de Educación General Básica. Como resultados obtenidos, hay una tendencia en utilizar las redes sociales mayormente para actividades de ocio y distracción, seguida de actividades con fines académicos; los estudiantes es su mayoría son prudentes usando redes sociales demostrando que no tiene una incidencia significativa en el comportamiento de los alumnos. |
| Description: | The present work of Curricular Integration consisted of analyzing the influence of social networks and behavior in the students of tenth grade parallel "B" of Basic General Education of the Juan León Mera "La Salle" Educational Unit of the city of Ambato, through a qualitative-quantitative approach, which when combined contribute to canceling possible biases for a better understanding of the present study. An exploratory and descriptive level was required since it is a more flexible methodology allowing describing the origin of this topic in interest and in relation to the study variables. Regarding the modality applied, it was bibliographic and field, going to various reliable sources of information and attending the scene of the events in person. Similarly, to achieve each of the proposed objectives, the survey technique was used with the corresponding instrument called a questionnaire that contains multiple-choice questions and questions rated according to the Likert scale aimed at students between 14 and 16 years of age. Regarding the population, there were a total of 40 students who belong to the tenth grade of Basic General Education. As results obtained, there is a tendency to use social networks mostly for leisure and distraction activities, followed by activities for academic purposes; most students are prudent using social networks, demonstrating that it does not have a significant impact on student behavior. |
