Complicaciones y tratamientos aplicados en pacientes por infección de covid-19 con accidentecerebro vascular: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

Ictus related to viral infection that causes COVID-19 disease is a vascular complication that is caused in parallel by the pathophysiology of neuroinflammation and prothrombotic state, where theischemic type is the most common caused by vascular thrombosis. The clinical manifestations depend on the establishment and location of arterial and venous lesions in the brain and their treatment will be effective according to their early establishment, thus avoiding complications and sequelae. The objective is to carry out a systematic review on cerebrovascular accident as a neurovascular complication and secondary treatment to SARS COV2 infection by searching transcendental bibliography for its correct diagnosis and treatment in a consolidated of statistical results.
