| Resumen : | La economía ecuatoriana se caracteriza por la producción agrícola, misma que pertenece al sector primario y es predominante en cuento a la producción, la importancia de este sector lleva a realizar la presente investigación, cuyo objetivo principal es determinar la incidencia de las exportaciones del sector agrícola en el crecimiento económico de Tungurahua durante el período 2009 – 2019, para lo cual es necesario analizar el comportamiento de las exportaciones del sector agrícola de la provincia de Tungurahua, así como los productos más exportados, mediante tablas estadísticas, determinar si se presentó o no un crecimiento económico y comprobar la relación teórica y empírica existente entre las exportaciones del sector agrícola y el crecimiento económico de Tungurahua mediante el modelo econométrico MCO durante el período 2009 – 2019. La metodología aplicada corresponde a un estudio descriptivo de las variables de manera cualitativo y cuantitativo, así también es un estudio correlacional para comprobar el grado de asociación entre las variables a través del modelo econométrico. Los resultados muestran que la tendencia de las exportaciones ha disminuido en el período de estudio, así también se muestra una tendencia creciente del VAB agrícola; la relación entre las variables es alta, con un 91 por ciento de relación; por lo tanto, se concluye que la relación entre las variables es directamente proporcional y alta. |
| Descripción : | The Ecuadorian economy is characterized by agricultural production, which belongs to the primary sector and is predominant in terms of production, the importance of this sector leads to the present investigation, whose main objective is to determine the incidence of exports in the agricultural sector in the economic growth of Tungurahua during the period 2009 - 2019, for which it is necessary to analyze the behavior of the exports of the agricultural sector of the province of Tungurahua, as well as the most exported products, through statistical tables, determine if it was presented or not economic growth and verify the theoretical and empirical relationship between exports of the agricultural sector and the economic growth of Tungurahua through the MCO econometric model during the period 2009 - 2019. The methodology applied corresponds to a descriptive study of the variables in a qualitative and quantitative, so it is also a correlational study final to verify the degree of association between the variables through the econometric model. The results show that the trend of exports has decreased in the study period, as well as a growing trend of agricultural GVA; the relationship between the variables is high, with a 91 percent relationship; therefore, it is concluded that the relationship between the variables is directly proportional and high. |
