| Zusammenfassung: | El presente proyecto integrador tiene como objetivo diseñar un cuadro de mando integral en la empresa FULLTEC Cía. Ltda., para mejorar la gestión administrativa y obtener una amplia visión de la empresa con un adecuado sistema de gestión administrativa. El cuadro de mando integral es un diagnóstico estratégico externo e interno que permite identificar las necesidades de la empresa y definir los objetivos estratégicos con los respectivos indicadores de gestión de acuerdo con sus cuatro perspectivas. Así mismo los resultados de este proyecto brindan un soporte para monitorear el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos. El presente proyecto permite a la empresa FULLTEC Cía. Ltda. obtener un instrumento de gestión que promueve la organización adecuada a través del análisis externo e interno realizado en la misma. Como conclusión general de este trabajo se puede evidenciar que un análisis previo de la empresa permite a la misma diagnosticar las necesidades e implementar el cuadro de mando integral con percepción a una permanente mejora continua a través de la semaforización. Este instrumento permitirá que la gerencia realice un plan de mejora continua mediante las estrategias planteadas que le permita obtener la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones administrativas. |
| Beschreibung: | The objective of this integrative project is to design a balanced scorecard in the company FULLTEC Cía. Ltda., to improve administrative management and obtain a broad vision of the company with an adequate administrative management system. The balanced scorecard is an external and internal strategic diagnosis that allows identifying the needs of the company and defining the strategic objectives with the respective management indicators in accordance with its four perspectives. Likewise, the results of this project provide support to monitor compliance with the established objectives. This project allows the company FULLTEC Cía. Ltda. Obtain a management instrument that promotes the appropriate organization through external and internal analysis carried out in it. As a general conclusion of this work, it can be evidenced that a previous analysis of the company allows it to diagnose the needs and implement the balanced scorecard with the perception of permanent continuous improvement through traffic lights. This instrument will allow management to carry out a continuous improvement plan through the proposed strategies that will allow it to obtain the necessary information for administrative decision making. |
