| Resumen : | El presente trabajo está basado en una investigación que se llevó a cabo en la Unidad Educativa Juan Pablo II; sobre el manejo grupal del docente en el desarrollo de tareas educativas de los niños de nivel inicial al retorno progresivo a la modalidad presencial, debido a la pandemia (COVID-19) las clases se han venido impartiendo vía online; cabe recalcar que para el desarrollo del marco teórico se obtuvo información de libros, revistas; para tener información amplia y confiable, en donde el principal objetivo fue analizar, conocer el procedimiento que aplica el docente en el manejo grupal. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron una ficha de observación con 10 ítems donde se podía evidenciar las tareas educativas realizadas en clases la misma que fue dirigida a niños y niñas de Educación Inicial, y la entrevista acompañada de un guion de 10 preguntas estructuras y abiertas dirigidas a las docentes de la Unidad Educativa Juan Pablo II, los cuales fueron validados por 3 expertos sobre el tema de investigación; donde intervino un enfoque cualitativo el mismo que permitió la recolección de datos sin medición numérica para descubrir o afinar preguntas de investigación en el proceso de interpretación; pues contiene un análisis descriptivo que permitió validar la información con un tipo de investigación básica para incrementar los conocimientos científicos sin aspectos prácticos; para luego proceder a interpretar la información mediante la triangulación de datos en donde se ha podido evidenciar los procesos y las diferentes estrategias que utiliza para que las clases sean dinámicas, lo primordial es captar la atención del niño. |
| Descripción : | The present work is based on an investigation that was carried out in the Juan Pablo II Educational Unit; on the group management of the teacher in the development of educational tasks of children from initial level to the progressive return to the face-to-face modality, due to the pandemic (COVID-19) the classes have been taught online; It should be noted that for the development of the theoretical framework information was obtained from books, magazines; to have ample and reliable information, where the main objective was to analyze, to know the procedure applied by the teacher in group management. The instruments used were an observation sheet with 10 items where the educational tasks carried out in classes could be evidenced, the same one that was directed to boys and girls of Initial Education, and the interview accompanied by a script of 10 structured and open questions directed to the teachers from the Juan Pablo II Educational Unit, who were validated by 3 experts on the research topic; where a qualitative approach intervened, the same one that allowed the collection of data without numerical measurement to discover or refine research questions in the interpretation process; because it contains a descriptive analysis that allowed validating the information with a type of basic research to increase scientific knowledge without practical aspects; to then proceed to interpret the information through the triangulation of data where it has been possible to demonstrate the processes and the different strategies used to make the classes dynamic, the main thing is to capture the child's attention |
