| Zusammenfassung: | La finalidad del siguiente estudio es analizar el impacto que tuvo el Impuesto a los Consumos Especiales (ICE) en la venta de bebidas azucaradas en el cantón Ambato, para lo cual como primer punto se describe las preferencias de los consumidores para ello se realizó un análisis de preferencias a través de la descripción del PREFMAP, además se categoriza a los consumidores para establecer su perfil en base a una asociación de un conjunto de variables mediante el análisis de componentes principales (ACP) y la descripción del Bitplot, y finalmente se analiza el consumo ante el incremento del impuesto para lo cual se realiza un análisis inferencial por medio de un test estadístico t de Student. Se identificó una disminución en el consumo de bebidas azucaradas debido al ICE. |
| Beschreibung: | The purpose of the following study is to analyze the impact that the Special Consumption Tax (ICE) had on the sale of sugary drinks in the Ambato canton, for which, as a first point, the preferences of consumers are described. of preferences through the description of the PREFMAP, in addition, consumers are categorized to establish their profile based on an association of a set of variables through the analysis of principal components (PCA) and the description of the Bitplot, and finally the consumption in the face of the tax increase, for which an inferential analysis is carried out by means of a statistical Student's t test.
