| Resumen : | El desarrollo del presente proyecto integrador se enfoca en el diseño de un sistema de gestión en la recuperación de cartera de la empresa La Rebaja Import de la ciudad de Ambato, el mismo que inicio con el análisis de los antecedentes del proyecto, la respectiva descripción del entorno, la justificación teórica y práctica y el respectivo planteamiento del objetivo. Para lograr el sustento teórico fue muy importante, realiza un estudio metodológico cualitativo y cuantitativo mismo que tuvo como instrumento clave el desarrollo de la encuesta y el check list, esto con la finalidad de verificar varios aspectos concernientes al tema planteado, a partir de los datos y resultados obtenidos se delineo las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones que apoyen a tomar decisiones adecuadas en cuanto a la recuperación de cartera y otorgamiento de créditos; además, con ello también se pretende ayudar a la empresa a que siga perpetuando en el tiempo y no tenga problemas de liquidez en cuanto cartera con un alto monto de morosidad. |
| Descripción : | The development of this integrated project focuses on the design of a management system in the recovery of the portfolio of The Rebaja Import company of Ambato, which began with the analysis of the background of the project, the respective description of the environment, the theoretical and practical justification and the respective lay out of the objective. To achieve the theoretical support, it was very important to make a qualitative and quantitative methodological study, which had as a key instrument the development of surveys and a check list in order to verify various aspects concerning to issue set out. The data and results obtained draw up the respective conclusions and recommendations to support an appropriate decision-making for the recovery of the portfolio and granting loans; In addition, this is also pretend to help the company to continue perpetuating over time and not having cash flow problems as a portfolio with a high delay of payments. |
