| Resumen : | La investigación se centró en diseñar una aplicación móvil que sirvió para la optimización de la gestión deportiva de clubes deportivos en este caso la investigación se realizó en el Club Baños Trail running (BTR), para lo cual se partió de una fase inicial de análisis indagatorio por medio de un pre-test, para saber qué aspectos se necesitaban para la creación de una aplicación móvil, destinada a la gestión del club deportivo, pasando seguidamente por un post-test el cual reflejó de una manera cuantitativamente la fiabilidad y la aceptación que esta tuvo en la comunicación interna de los miembros. Toda la información que se muestra en la aplicación posee aspectos más importantes descubiertos en el pre-test como: información general, rutas, puntos de encuentro, organización de eventos. Para la creación de la app se utilizó, Good Barber que es una app builder, que incorpora una herramienta que permite la creación de aplicaciones robustas y potentes, con el mejor diseño y la mejor experiencia de usuario La técnica utilizada para el análisis estadístico que permitió procesar la información a través de una base de datos utilizando el software de procesamiento estadístico SPSS para Windows Además, se realizó un análisis correlacional del pre-test y el post-test para verificar la aceptación dentro de los miembros y así explicar el impacto que tiene una aplicación móvil y la automatización de la gestión deportiva dentro del club BTR, por este motivo, la aplicación creada utiliza a los dispositivos móviles para mostrar acciones generadas por el club para mantener informados a los miembros. . Finalmente, la investigación concluye con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos a través de la aplicación de una encuesta que fue validada con el método estadístico del Alfa de Cronbach, que permitió tener un alto grado de fiabilidad y confianza en el instrumento de medición, luego de lo cual se redactaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones alrededor de la investigación realizada |
| Descripción : | The investigation focused indepeth on designing a mobile application that will serve to optimize the sports management of sports clubs. For this paper the research was carried out at the Baños Trail Running Club (BTR), for which an initial phase of investigative analysis was started. We used a system of pre-test, to know what aspects are needed for the creation of a mobile application, designing help was provided by the management of the sports club, then went through a post-test process which reflects in a quantitative way the reliability and acceptance that this had in the internal communication of the members. All the information that the application demonstrates have more important aspects discovered in the pre-test such as: general information, routes, meeting points, organization of events. To create the app was used Good Barber builder, which is an app builder, which incorporates a tool that allows the creation of robust and powerful applications with the best design and the best user experience. The technique used for statistical analysis that allowed information to be processed through a database using the statistical processing a software SPSS for Windows. Also a correlational analysis of the pre-test and the post-test was carried out to verify acceptance amongst the members and thus explains the impact of a mobile application and the automation of sports management within the BTR club, for this benefit, the application created mobile devices to display actions generated by the club to keep members informed of events and changes within the club. Finally, the investigation concludes with the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained through the application of a survey that was validated with the statistical method of the Alfa de Cronbach, which allowed to have a high degree of reliability and confidence in the measurement instrument and process, then from there the conclusions and recommendations were drawn up based on the research carried out. |
