| Abstract: | El desaprovechamiento de los recursos culturales y los bajos niveles de productividad en la comunidad indígena es el nodo problémico que atañe a Salasaka, mismo que motivó al desarrollo de la investigación titulada “Costumbres y tradiciones en el fortalecimiento de la experiencia turística”, planteándose como objetivo general, analizar cómo influye las costumbres y tradiciones del pueblo Salasaka en el fortalecimiento de la experiencia turística. El presente estudio de investigación es de corte transversal apoyado en la teoría crítica y descriptiva, para el desarrollo de la metodología de investigación se hizo trabajo de campo y se utilizó instrumentos validados, planificados y sistémicos del Instituto Nacional de Patrimonio, los resultados que se alcanzaron se interpretaron de manera cualitativa triangulando la información en base a la dialéctica y hermenéutica del turismo obteniendo como principal resultado que el bagaje cultural de la comunidad Salasaka es muy amplio con un eje en la naturaleza y la cosmovisión andina lo cual da paso a concluir que el patrimonio cultural de las comunidades indígenas como Salasaka es basto, mismo que puede ser el eje para fortalecer la experiencia turística, sin embargo, hay que tomar en cuenta que los portadores de los saberes son los indicados para generar actividades económicas en base a su cultura. |
| Description: | The underutilization of cultural resources and the low levels of productivity in the indigenous community is the problem node that concerns to Salasaka, which motivated the development of the research entitled "Customs and traditions in strengthening the tourist experience", considering the general objective analyze how the customs and traditions of the Salasaka people influence the strengthening of the tourist experience. The present research study is cross-sectional supported by the critical and descriptive theory, for the development of the research methodology, field work was done and validated, planned and systemic instruments of the National Institute of Heritage were used, the results that were achieved were interpreted qualitatively by triangulating the information based on the dialectic and hermeneutics of tourism, obtaining as the main result that the cultural background of the Salasaka community is very broad with an axis in nature and the Andean worldview, which leads to the conclusion that the Cultural heritage of indigenous communities such as Salasaka is vast, which can be the axis to strengthen the tourist experience, however it must be taken into account that the bearers of knowledge are indicated to generate economic activities based on their culture |
