| Zusammenfassung: | En la actualidad la Gestión Administrativa y las instituciones deportivas se ven envueltas en la era tecnológica, por lo cual en esta investigación se describe la importancia de poseer un software especializado. Todo esto para agilizar los procesos que se llevan a cabo dentro de la administración de las instituciones y de esta manera hacer un mejor uso de los datos y la información. Está fundamentada en mejorar los procesos de cancelación de honorarios en la Asociación de Árbitros Profesionales, siempre tomando en cuenta la relación existente entre la Gestión Administrativa y la automatización de procesos. Se puede recalcar que el objetivo de esta investigación es el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de un software especializado, ya que actualmente la Asociación no cuenta con el mismo y utiliza escasos recursos informáticos para el manejo de la información, por lo cual al desarrollar un software permitirá agilizar los procesos en la cancelación de honorarios a los agremiados en sus distintas categorías |
| Beschreibung: | At present, Administrative Management and sports institutions are involved in the technological age, which is why this research describes the importance of having specialized software. All this to streamline the processes that are carried out within the administration of the institutions and in this way make better use of data and information. It is based on improving the processes of cancellation of fees in the Association of Professional Arbitrators, always taking into account the existing relationship between Administrative Management and the automation of processes.
