| Zusammenfassung: | La finalidad de la realización del actual proyecto integrador es la de implementar una estrategia de financiamiento a largo plazo por la crisis de la pandemia del Covid-19 en la Panadería Moderna de la ciudad de Ambato; se lo realiza para poder generar opciones de supervivencia a las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector, las mismas que se han visto afectadas de gran manera por la crisis ocasionada por el virus y la pandemia. La Panadería Moderna es una empresa del ciudad de Ambato, la misma que ha visto decrecer sus ingresos en el segundo trimestre del año 2020, y como consecuencia ha surgido la necesidad de obtener capital para hacer frente a los múltiples egresos de la misma; es por esto que el proyecto se basa en desarrollar un diagnostico financiero en función de análisis y ratios, y proponer un financiamiento externo a largo plazo que permita a la panadería sostenerse durante la crisis y preveer un crecimiento a futuro en función de un apalancamiento financiero positivo. |

La Panadería Moderna is a company in the city of Ambato, the same company that has seen its income decrease in the second quarter of 2020, and as a consequence the need to obtain capital has arisen to face the multiple expenses of the same; That is why the project is based on developing a financial diagnosis based on analysis and ratios, and proposing long-term external financing that allows the bakery to sustain itself during the crisis and foresee future growth based on positive financial leverage. |
