| Abstract: | La tecnificación del riego en varios cantones de la provincia de Tungurahua ha logrado cubrir varias necesidades laborales de los agricultores. Para el caso del cantón Cevallos esto ya es una realidad desde el año 2015 a través del proyecto de Riego Tecnificado a cargo del Programa de Aguas y Cuencas de Tungurahua en colaboración con el banco alemán Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau. Con la finalidad de obtener resultados claros en relación a los beneficios obtenidos del proyecto, en la investigación se recurrió a un análisis descriptivo a través de la realización de encuestas directas a los beneficiarios del proyecto. Posteriormente cotejadas a través del programa SPSS 23v y en conjunto con un análisis correlacional, los cuales permitieron determinar una sostenibilidad alta del proyecto a través de la responsabilidad social tanto de regantes como de autoridades. Por otro lado, los efectos socioeconómicos evidenciados en la utilidad percibida del proyecto y finalmente los beneficios generados a través de la implementación del proyecto de riego para los agricultores del cantón Cevallos. |
| Description: | Irrigation technology in several cantons of Tungurahua province has managed to meet various labor needs of farmers. For the Cevallos canton this has already been a reality since 2015 through the Technical Irrigation project in charge of the Water and Basin Program of Tungurahua in collaboration of the German bank Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau. In order to obtain clear results in relation to the benefits obtained from the project, the research used a descriptive analysis through direct surveys of the beneficiaries of the project. Subsequently cross-checked through the SPSS 23v program and in conjunction with a correlate analysis, which allowed the project to be determined to be highly sustainable through the social responsibility of both irrigators and authorities.
