| Zusammenfassung: | El presente proyecto de investigación trata sobre el control interno a la base legal para inclusión de los estudiantes con discapacidades en las universidades de la provincia de Tungurahua, con el objetivo principal de analizar la normativa de educación superior para la optimización del proceso de gestión y la toma de decisiones adecuadas para la aplicación y cumplimiento con los objetivos de educación inclusiva. La investigación en las universidades fue realizada con un enfoque: internacional, nacional, provincial y cantonal, asimismo se analizaron las variables independiente y dependiente; y la inadecuada base legal del sector educativo de los estudiantes con discapacidades. Se aplicó como instrumento de recolección de la información la entrevista mediante la técnica del cuestionario, los datos históricos y bibliográficos, a las normativas – Inclusión de los estudiantes con discapacidades en las universidades de la provincia de Tungurahua. Finalmente con el análisis de la información de toda la investigación realizada y con los resultados obtenidos se pudo comprobar y verificar que se cumplió con los objetivos planteados y se elaboró la propuesta de la normativa como herramienta principal para la atención de los estudiantes con discapacidad. |
| Beschreibung: | The research project deals with the internal control of the legal basis for the inclusion of students with disabilities in the universities of Tungurahua province, with the main objective of analyzing the regulations of higher education for the optimization of the management process and Making appropriate decisions for the implementation and fulfillment of the objectives of inclusive education. The research in the universities was carried out with an international, national, provincial and cantonal focus, as well as analyzing the independent and dependent variables; and the inadequate legal base of the education sector of studies with disabilities. The interview was applied as an instrument for gathering information through the questionnaire technique, historical and bibliographic data, regulations, and the inclusion of students with disabilities in the universities of Tungurahua province. Finally, with the analysis of the information of the entire investigation of the work and the results, it has been possible to establish and comply with the proposed objectives and the proposal of the regulations has been prepared as the main tool for the attention of students with disability. |
