| Abstract: | La presente investigación tiene como propósito de analizar la ejecución presupuestaria del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Santo Domingo y el Desarrollo Económico durante los años 2015 y 2016, mediante el análisis de indicadores presupuestarios e indicadores socio-económicos. Los principales resultados de la investigación fueron obtenidos desde fuentes gubernamentales oficiales de información relacionados con la ejecución presupuestaria del GAD y el desarrollo económico durante los años 2015 y 2106. Por lo que esta investigación concluye que efectivamente que la Ejecución Presupuestaria del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Santo Domingo si impacta en el Desarrollo Económico durante los años 2015 y 2016, por tal motivo se diseñó un plan de mejora para la ejecución presupuestaria que su principal propósito es programar o proyectar actividades para mejorar la eficiencia, eficacia y el logro de los objetivos que ayuden a mejorar el presupuesto del GAD Municipal de Santo Domingo. |
| Description: | The purpose of this research is to analyze the budgetary execution of the Santo Domingo Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government and Economic Development during the years 2015 and 2016, through the analysis of budgetary indicators and socio-economic indicators. The main results of the research were obtained from official government sources of information related to the budget execution of the GAD and economic development during the years 2015 and 2106. Therefore, this research concludes that the Budget Execution of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Santo Domingo does have an impact on Economic Development during the years 2015 and 2016, for this reason an improvement plan was designed for budget execution that its main purpose is to program or project activities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and the achievement of objectives that help improve the budget of the Municipal GAD of Santo Domingo. |
