| Abstract: | Las finanzas públicas es una materia de estudio muy amplio que requiere de una serie de medidas carácter económico, social y político para que un gobierno responsable adopte medidas de política económica tendientes a resolver los problemas sociales acuciantes de nuestra sociedad. Las medidas de carácter económico que toma un gobierno deben ser correspondientes con las políticas públicas que favorezcan a la sociedad en su conjunto, tal es el caso de las finanzas públicas en su relación con las exportaciones. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la afectación de las exportaciones de la Zona 7 en las finanzas públicas del país tomando en consideración que son los impuestos generados en el periodo 2012-2017 para el mejoramiento de la política pública nacional. Se utilizó el método Bibliográfico-Documental en el cual el investigador que estudia los hechos y fenómenos del presente recurre a la historia para comprenderlos y explicarlos. |
| Description: | The economic measures taken by a government must correspond to public policies that favor society as a whole; such is the case of public finances in relation to exports. The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of the exports of Zone 7 of planning in the public finances of the country taking into consideration that they are the taxes generated by the in the period 2012-2017 for the improvement of the national public policy. The Bibliographic-Documentary method was used in which the researcher who studies the facts and phenomena of the present uses history to understand and explain them. This method has as a principle that it is not subject only to the existing, that is, to the visible, but it resorts to history to see the form and conditions of its evolution to arrive at the current, to what is the methodology of descriptive analysis and statistical, using the technique of secondary data collection of exports and their taxes and public finances in the case of income in research, an association hypothesis was verified that was reinforced with the use of econometric models. |
