El avance académico y la evolución ocupacional de los graduados de la Carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría del año 2013 a Junio 2016

Abstract

The changes that involve globalization is that professionals are constantly preparing and innovating themselves in the accounting field, since there have been changes in both national and international laws and policies, implying greater responsibility for organizations and society. For this reason is important talk about the academic progress and the occupational evolution that have reached the professionals graduated of the Accounting and Auditing Career, being the essential thing to investigate everything referring to the academic preparation that they have received and reached in the course and the years and how these competences cover the requirements of the entrepreneurs. To achieve this an exploratory and methodology field was applied, with emphasis on study variables and a test to a population of 150 graduates of the years 2012, 2013 and 2014, which have been determined by random sampling; which allowed to verify the hypothesis determining the influence between them and corroborating in this way that as people continue to acquire new knowledge and are better prepared, the greater are their possibilities to ascend professionally.
