Abstract:	Ecuador has been characterized by some of the countries with the most beautiful and best quality flowers in the world, for that reason there are companies dedicated to the production, as well as companies engaged in the manufacture of plastic products for the protection of flowers. In the city of Ambato a small business dedicated to this activity is PLASTIFLOR which to increase sales increased lending to their customers, but like many small companies do not have expertise in portfolio management, causing liquidity problems what are the need to incur indebtedness.
Description:	Ecuador se ha caracterizado por unos de los países con las flores más bellas y de mejor calidad del mundo, por tal razón existen empresa dedicadas para su producción, así como también de empresas dedicadas a la elaboración de productos plásticos para la protección de flores. En la ciudad de Ambato una pequeña empresa dedicada a esta actividad es PLASTIFLOR, la cual para incrementar sus ventas incrementó los créditos para sus clientes, pero así como muchas pequeñas empresa no posee conocimientos en el manejo de cartera, lo cual causa problemas de liquidez por lo que se ven en la necesidad de incurrir al endeudamiento.
