“Influencia de la motivación sobre el rendimiento académico en la materia de matemáticas de los estudiantes de tercer año de bachillerato del Colegio Nacional Técnico Macas”

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis se realizó con la participación de los docentes de Matemáticas, estudiantes de los terceros años de Bachillerato, autoridades y funcionario del DOBE del Colegio Nacional Técnico Macas, el propósito fundamental de la investigación fue aportar con un plan de motivación dirigido a los estudiantes para mejorar su rendimiento académico, además se justifica la indagación porque existe desinterés por aprender Matemática y la falta de estrategias de motivación limita el aprendizaje, para ello la investigación se ejecutó mediante el uso y aplicación de una metodología la cual incluye la investigación de campo, documental y descriptiva; la indagación inició su proceso investigativo designando la institución objeto de estudio, y se realizó un breve diagnóstico de la situación del establecimiento investigado, para luego plantear el problema de investigación, y establecer objetivos. Luego de aquello se considera el marco teórico como un aspecto fundamental en el desarrollo de la investigación, ya que el mismo provee información científica, psicológica, pedagógica, educativa y social; en cuanto a la metodología de la investigación utilizada, el uso de métodos de investigación es sin duda un aporte esencial para el adelanto del trabajo investigativo. La técnica de la encuesta fue aplicada a una población formada por docentes de Matemática, estudiantes de los terceros años de Bachillerato, autoridades y funcionario del DOBE, con el propósito de obtener resultados para luego ser analizados e interpretados, así se obtuvieron las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Finalmente se presentó la propuesta alternativa al problema de investigación, consiguiendo como resultado la motivación de los estudiantes por aprender Matemática. Se puede concluir que la presente investigación es un aporte significativo orientado al campo educativo en pro de mejorar el rendimiento académico del estudiante. The present work of thesis was realized by the participation of the teachers of Mathematics, students of the third years of Baccalaureate, authorities and civil servant of the DOBE of the National Technical College Bruises, the fundamental intention of the investigation was to reach with a plan of motivation directed the students to improve his academic performance, in addition there justifies itself the investigation for which disinterest exists for learning Mathematics and the lack of strategies of motivation to limit the learning, for it the investigation executed by means of the use and application of a methodology which includes descriptive field, investigation, and documentary; The investigation initiated his process investigative designating the institution object of study, and there was realized a brief diagnosis of the situation of the investigated establishment, then to raise the problem of investigation, and to establish aims. After that one the theoretical frame is considered to be a fundamental aspect in the development of the investigation, since the same one provides scientific, psychological, pedagogic, educational and social information; as for the methodology of the used investigation, the use of methods of investigation is undoubtedly an essential contribution for the advance of the work investigative. The technology of the survey was applied to a population formed by teachers of Mathematics, students of the third years of Baccalaureate, authorities and civil servant of the DOBE, with the intention of obtaining results then to be analyzed and interpreted, this way the conclusions and recommendations were obtained. Finally one presented the alternative offer to the problem of investigation, obtaining like proved the motivation of the students for learning Mathematics. It is possible to conclude that the present investigation is a significant contribution orientated to the educational field in favor of improving the academic performance of the student.
