Abstract

The present research analyzes a child leadership and teamwork in children once detected the problem through field research we precede to the construction of the theoretical framework to properly substantiate the research variables detailed in the theme, based on information gathered from books, pamphlets, magazines, and internet. Once the research methodology established appropriate tools for processing information that serves to make quantitative and qualitative analysis of the variables, proceeding to statistically analyze the data, thus being able to establish the relevant conclusions and recommendations are made.
