Abstract

This research determines the incidence of occupational health in work performance of employees in the production area of the Ministry of Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca from canton Ambato, this being a subject of much interest from reviewers and health occupational department, who consider their occupational health is not adequate. Within all these measures to help improve occupational health in order to improve the performance of all workers moreover can improve in several aspects such as interpersonal relationships, motivation, occupational safety, etc., it is proposed to help maintain wellness within the organization obtaining a better organizational climate and adequate job satisfaction, also them did fulfillment of goals and objectives both personal and organizational.
