Abstract

Research on "Methodology of collaborative work and its impact on the teaching of Language and Literature area juniors and fourth grade of elementary education Education Unit" Santa Mariana of Jesus "Gabriel and the parish Veintemilla Region Guaranda province of Bolívar ", aims to achieve a job in students so that they seek meaningful learning both individually and collaboratively because we must not forget that no one knows yet we all know a little something using methods such as: rain of ideas, roundtable forums; encouraging exhibition activities, the drawing group, coping with the improvement of teaching-learning process of collaborative learning in the process of helping mature learners in socio affective growth, and their welfare and ethical values, encouraging sharing among all individualism aside, allowing the expression of feelings and emotions respecting personal opinions and ideas recognizing the equivalence ve discernment inclusion opportunities, always promoting warmth, caring and effective interactions; basing the curriculum organization of learning in personal growth, group, educational and social; allowing the discovery of a more dynamic learning and a way to help improve your self-esteem.
