    The present research has as specific objectives, to identify the architectural needs and problems of the old Municipal building. To determine the parameters of interior design that favors an optimal work performance of the officials. Investigate the functioning of the dependencies and their interrelations to provide a good service to the user. To know what are the activities, spaces and services that City Mocha GAD. Based on the results of user surveys and interviews with public officials in the Mocha city, need to expand the interior spaces and redistribute the dependencies of the Old Municipal Building, prioritizing the area of the infocenter since it is a space of greater acceptance within the Municipality, for the provision of internet and free advice, a service that is managed through an agreement between the National Government in conjunction with the Ministry of Telecommunications and the Mocha GAD.
