    The company "Associated Industries Co. Licoreras. Ltda. ILA "was created on September 9, 1970 by Mr. Segundo Santana Arcos, since then progress has been remarkable, the company has a significant position in the market for liquor production, so it is essential to develop strategies to keep the product in the market. This work has the primary purpose of establishing the value of the work done by the employee in the organization, to measure the competitive level of the company and that the staff is properly managed in reflected efficiency and achievement of objectives. The information and data acquired in this research has been beneficial to establish an overview of the situation of Human Resource Management at the company Industrias Licoreras partners, and that despite their level of performance can be identified shortcomings in the area personnel administration. The proposal resulting from the research routed by me to design a method of evaluating the performance: "Evaluation by Objectives" methodology is focused not only on the assessment and measurement of current performance of the employee, but from this measurement is achieve a clear and durable improvement in performance.
