    The Savings and Credit Cooperative "Credi Facil" is an Ambateña-Ecuatoriana company founded by a group of inhabitants of the Santa Rosa parish in the city of Ambato with 32 members. His desire was to contribute to the economic development of the sector with financial and cooperative solutions, which gradually spread within the parish, and with this came interested partners both in credit for their low rates, and in investments for their high profitability. The financial activity began to spread later in Biblián, until it became an imperative for the Cooperative to open a Branch in this place, achieving the growth of Credi Facil with effect and reflection of the trust of the partners. The research that has been conducted within the company has been focused on human talent and personnel control since they have encountered problems in terms of control, which hinders the process of services and customer service that can generate losses for the company. . Through the surveys conducted, it was concluded that the human talent of the company needs a control system that allows to measure their experiences and capacities within the area they perform. With the implementation of a Human Talent Control System, the service and customer service processes will be more efficient and the response time in the credit and collections process will be maximized.
