The company Culqui doors through a venture, is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of metal doors with applications made from recycled scrap to implement it in the urban and rural houses of the canton Ambato, contributing to the change of the productive matrix that Is within the objectives of the national plan for good living 2013- 2017. The owners of urban and rural homes do not have the necessary suppliers of the metalworking industry regarding the custom design of door fittings, since this product is imported, having a high cost in the market; this venture is born at the root Of this problem. Prior to the analyzed data it was obtained several results which shows that the project to manufacture metal doors with the use of scrap is definitely feasible, in the financial aspect it was shown that it is economically profitable for what there is a demand to cover. When producing the metal doors with the use of scrap, its function is to create custom designs with prices accessible to the owners of housing and to satisfy the needs.
