    Textile companies in the province of Tungurahua concentrate a large number of employees who work for the development of the same, as is the case of the textile company "Flower Jeans" located in Canton Pelileo, this is a a small company that supplies fabrics to the sector for the manufacture of jeans, the same as during the time it has been kept in the market thanks to the reception by the customers of the Province. The present research work was developed based on the lack of an organizational structure and the participation of an adequate administrative management, within the small companies dedicated to the textile activity, that contributes to the organizational development and serves as a guide to the managers or owners of the companies towards the objectives that are intended to reach the delimited term in collaboration of the people who work in these companies. The obtained results demonstrate the lack of a control in the administration and the need to create a model of organizational structure according to the needs that the companies of this important sector has. Therefore, the research proposal is directed at the design of an organizational structure that contributes to the proper management of all the resources that these companies possess. Especially the company mentioned above.
