    The landfill is part of the environment where different pathogen microorganisms take place, it is harmful for the human being because of the household, hospitals and industries garbage, it is dangerous for the landfill workers and the lack of knowledge about the different biohazards result labor negligence that produce diseases and lack of hygiene in the work field. The aerobiological study was done in two unloading areas, common and hospitable garbage, taking into account the variables that affects the microbial growth and the interaction with workers such as: the labor hours and the days of sampling, the result was the identification of harmful microorganisms like Salmonella, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella, between the most common because of the way of working in the landfill of the GIDSA. The identification of the previous germs was possible starting from the characteristics that they have to use different substrata as an only one power source and the production of specific enzymes used for the reduction of compounds in the means of culture employed, using the IMViC biochemical test, the ones that have identified germs according to genre and sort. It is bibliographically proved. Identifying germs and knowing the different characteristics they have, and the diseases that they produce, it was enough to do a security guide for the workers of the landfill, it has different guidelines for each function, helping to improve the security in the work field controlled by the la Empresa Pública Municpal Gestion Integral de Desechos Sólidos Ambato GIDSA. It will be possible if all the elements and suggestions done in the guide are applied correctly.
