    The purpose of this research is the study of inventory control systems to validate financial information in the National Chamber2 of Manufacturers of bodies CANFAC City of Ambato. This study determinates the systems for inventory control that influence the management of stock and the relationship they have with the financial information of the firms belonging to the CANFAC and check the veracity of the information. The CANFAC as an institution tries to regulate all matters relating to policies and regulations for the strict control of their management systems and thus consolidate as an organization, therefore to research is based on determining the systems used for inventory control and verify it´s financial information through an audit of existing raw material warehouse. The fundamental contribution of this work will help the companies to define policies and procedures regarding the control of raw material inventories, through a constant monitoring of the same in order to meet the goals and objectives proposed by each partner.

    The essential aim of this study is to respond to the detected problem which is: “the inventory standstill of the company MEGA AZULEJOS”, being one the key points since upon not having and adequate system, there is empirical control of the merchandise and this gives rise to the management making wrong decisions and the processes not being reliable, thus leading the company to face a problem that could cause them to terminate operation. One of the necessary mechanisms that make it possible to solve the problem in the company is the development of an inventory control system which will allow for the of this study is to help foster the business growth of the company MEGA AZULEJOS in the city of Ambato through a detailed analysis in order to establish adequate processes for the handling of merchandise, organizing the inventory control system step by step, which will be of great help for the general manager of the company to make decisions.
