    Tungurahua has a wide reception of the leather and footwear since from this province he is born and with going on from the time it developed to be one of the most sold and produced products. The companies object of study Plasticaucho Industrial S. A. and MILBOOTS Cía. Ltda. , they devote themselves to the footwear manufacture and there arises the need to analyze the financial planning and the decision making, since, on having been big and generating employment industries, it is desirable to know that the handling of you finance and the decisions inside the same ones. The main objective of the research project is to analyze the financial planning in decision-making in the footwear companies of Ambato Industrial Park, because of this a thorough investigation was performed to detect the flaws that arise in companies so they can find solutions propose alternatives that are helpful to address them. This project is part of analyzing the administrative staff of the companies being studied by the bibliographical-documentary research and field research, with an emphasis on quantitative and qualitative approach because it is aimed at understanding the problem and finally by explanatory research and descriptive project final results are obtained by applying a survey and interview watchlist.

    La responsabilidad social empresarial y el desarrollo sostenible en el Parque Industrial del cantón Ambato

    The present research has focused on analyzing: Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development in the Ambato Canton Industrial Park. For this, it has been necessary to review previously the context in which it has been developed, that is to say at the macro, meso and micro level; This has allowed in turn to be able to pose a critical analysis and a prognosis from a problem tree, after having justified the problem, have set the objectives both general and specific that guided the study. In order to adequately support the variables, a wide variety of sources of information have been consulted, which have given rise to the theoretical framework, after which it has been possible to formulate a hypothesis: “Corporate Social Responsibility has influenced the Sustainable Development of the City Industrial Park Ambato. In order to verify this hypothesis, the most appropriate methodology was sought, that is to say a qualitative and quantitative approach, field and bibliographic modality, within an exploratory and descriptive level, making use of the survey as a technique and of the questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information . Once the data were obtained they were tabulated and analyzed and interpreted, which resulted in statistical information for the verification of the hypothesis, which resulted in the following: “Social responsibility does influence the sustainable development of the companies of the Parque Industrial Ambato”, es Say the null hypothesis was discarded and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In this way sufficient arguments were available to draw conclusions and recommendations. Finally, as a result of the research, the researcher poses as a proposal: “System for the evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility of the Ambato Industrial Park and the Sustainable Development of the Canton Ambato”. The same is duly substantiated and supported by relevant bibliographic scientific sources, describing the methodology according to an operating model that allowed the proposed objectives to be met.
