    During the last years in Ecuador, the sector of the small and medium companies have been forced to reduce their production and their human talent due to the crisis. This is why the authorities have been obliged to impose safeguards to protect domestic production. For the company MEGAMULTISUELAS this assistance provided by the government, be much benefit, the company is located in the city of Ambato, in the sector of Huachi La Magdalena, during the visit we were able to know the operation of the company knowing in detail the activities that realizes and thus to be able to reveal the disadvantages presented in the development of the same ones. Subsequent to the visit to the company it was possible to know that the main problem that this presents is the inappropriate way of calculating the cost of production and therefore the effect that this causes on profitability. Therefore, with this case analysis we want to support and optimize resources by applying adequate controls, which allow both administrative staff and production personnel to be involved in improving processes and thus achieve the desired success. For this reason it is concluded that a system of production costs made by processes is the solution to the problem detected in the company MEGAMULTISUELAS.

    The Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Governments, by constitutional mandate, are obliged to develop various planning instruments, which are not apply effectively in the management of their territories for different causes, leading to difficulties such as delay in the fulfillment of their work plans. The investigative work focuses on analyzing the administrative and financial management of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Lligua, in order to examine the effectiveness and efficiency in the use of the resources assigned by the Central Government, to fulfill the mission and vision that they persecute the public entities "Buen Vivir" of its inhabitants. Thus, a model of administrative and financial management is propose that strengthens the Parish Government and orientates to increase the efficiency and effectiveness in the public management, articulated to its competences. This document details the set of actions by which managers develop their activities through compliance with their administrative and financial processes in accordance with laws, rules, regulations and other provisions issued by government entities.

And improvements that it can provide will help both the company under study to companies medical strategy according to the times we are going through, so the issue there but not according to current needs. It is important for every company to have knowledge and in turn analyze the best distribution channel for their products, because it provides valuable and necessary for the financial institutional planning information, analysis and study of alternatives for making financial decisions. The distribution channel has to be a tool that facilitates the effect of profitability presented for proper planning and use of material, human and financial resources possessed "Sausages Bango".

    Los procesos de producción y la rentabilidad en la empresa Waldos Shoes

    The "Waldos Shoes" shoe company executive summary is a small company located in the parish of San Bartolomé de Pinllo of the city of Ambato, dedicated to the production and marketing of footwear. This project will try to promote and improve control in the management of the production of one of its products, processes and thus strengthen its process of production and hence their productivity. It seeks to establish new techniques of production processes, taking into account issues, an analysis of the respective to each of the processes and the times set out in each of them, with the aim of achieving better productivity in the manufacture of footwear. The purpose of this project is the preparation of the product, but taking into account the optimization of resources for them to reach better productivity, is why that has raised this subject, which will enable us to better leverage the resources used for the production of footwear. To resolve the problem raised he has been proposed to implement a reengineering of processes and analyze profitability by using the respective indicators and thus to improve the management of production processes and become a greater profitability for the Waldos Shoes shoe company
