    This investigation work has the fundamental purpose to give us a answer about the problem detected, this is "the ignorance of the alternatives of financing formal existing in the market affects the financial stability of the Mipymes in the Ambato city", this happen because the most entrepreneurs do not have adequate financial culture to manage a business, unlike the handle empirically, this causes that the management take wrong decisions, the results are unreliable and may even cause the cessation of the activities of the company. To solve this problem, through this Project of investigation, I will select information on lines of credit that have the public and private financial institutions, state programs, stock markets, companies of leasing, factoring, venture capital for the benefit of the Mipymes, also I will detail what are the requirements necessary for access to the various alternatives of financing; this way the entrepreneurs can meet, discuss and choose the best option of financing agree to your needs and generate them greater benefits, this can generate the change that require the Company improving their levels of liquidity, indebtedness and profitability and consequently its financial stability.
