Item Gestión logística de inventarios y el incremento de las ventas en la empresa EKUALICORES de la ciudad de Ambato(2017-03) Montero Salinas, Gissela Elizabeth; DT - Jiménez Estrella, Patricia PaolaThe research work aims to respond to the problem that has been found in the company, "Logistics inventory management and increasing sales in the company EKUALICORES of Ambato city.", The main cause for this fact is a deficiency in the logistics of inventories, since there is a comprehensive planning of activities for the control of purchases, storage and sales, causing this to affect sales. This fact has been given since the beginning of the company and the present project aims to give solution to it, proposing a tool that will help inventory logistics. A process flow chart detailing step by step how logistics should be properly carried out, from procurement, storage and sales.
