It contains six chapters starting with the analysis of the research problem, identifying the relationship between talent and business productivity Vaud Apparel, Philosophical Foundations, Epistemology, Axio, Ontology, Legal, detailing the fundamental categories included, the Human Resource management and Productivity. The research is qualitative, literature authorize the application of the survey was to the total number of 33 employees of the company, The interpretation of the results show indicators that suggested solution set as the final chapter in the design of a model of Balanced Scorecard for the efficient management of human talent that allows increasing productivity.
