    The active involvement of the Human Talent is currently of vital importance, since it depends on the progress and competitiveness of enterprises, it is for this reason that the current research emphasizes objective to study the Human Talent Management and the development of procedural skills of the accountants Do you want to insure your car sector of the city of Ambato, it also highlights several negative aspects such as the poor development of the performance, because it is not taken into account to one hundred percent the points of view of the staff, little ability to handle the work groups, lack of leadership, are not granted motivational plans or programs, with regard to the training they receive is not for each area of work the same is given once or twice a year in certain companies, there is no mechanism for identifying the competencies procedural aspects of the counters, outlined the background research where it is clearly notable and collect information concerning the subject of research, the scientific and technical foundation, on the basis of the administration of human resources, business organization, organizational climate, training skills, methods of work, and the management of competences, with regard to the methodology used the documentary research, field, both quantitative and qualitative approaches, the descriptive level, the study population, the operationalization of variables, plan for data collection and processing of information, analysis and interpretation of data in which the results of research work, and finally points out the limitations of the study and the conclusions and recommendations.

    Today, companies are facing new challenges focused on the satisfaction of their workers, because that talent plays a very important role, as it leads to raise the level of productivity based on the efficiency of their work, in a changing world and highly competitive, in view of this it is clear that com-panies do not provide the necessary so that your employees are satisfied in the roles measures Against this the need of this work entitled "job satis-faction and productivity in the Surge bakery "Quality" of the city of Ambato "A little studied at the enterprise level, and aims to determine the influence between job satisfaction and productivity in the bakery" Quality "for the present work field work was performed by the implementation of a survey of staff working in the Bakery "Quality" and the implementation of a desk-top study, based on this is able to obtain relevant information about em-ployee satisfaction and productivity. Indeed on this basis it was possible to obtain meaningful data for an analysis of the problem under study and to develop an alternative solution, certainly with this information it was possi-ble to test the hypothesis: Job satisfaction influences is productivity, and conclusions and recommendations were established they sestearon the proposal raised "Design of a management model for human talent, sup-ported by sub recruitment, selection, induction, training, compensation to generate a good working environment" designed to improve productivity through proper recruitment of staff and giving learning the functions to be performed by each of the employees of the Bakery.

    This research is a study related to Human Resource Management and Productivity Business 'Vaud Confections' of Ambato, based on job performance, work environment, working groups, skills, salary, evaluation policies , training, resources, production targets, incentives and labor parameters, staff and quality of the final product. It contains six chapters starting with the analysis of the research problem, identifying the relationship between talent and business productivity Vaud Apparel, Philosophical Foundations, Epistemology, Axio, Ontology, Legal, detailing the fundamental categories included, the Human Resource management and Productivity. The research is qualitative, literature authorize the application of the survey was to the total number of 33 employees of the company, The interpretation of the results show indicators that suggested solution set as the final chapter in the design of a model of Balanced Scorecard for the efficient management of human talent that allows increasing productivity. Besides the operating model for its execution, and evaluation are included.

    The present study aims to assess the human talent management in the company House Commercial Global Smart, considering that it is an essential tool for decision-making, in addition it has an objective solutions that allow to improve the various problems currently facing, based on a management audit to measure the degree of compliance with the efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness of the work performance of the commercial advisers. In the research process in order to test the hypothesis that was raised was taken into account surveys all involved personal, administrative, and commercial advisors who provide truthful and forceful, information for the analysis of the results, the statistical verification method used was Chi-square and for the preparation of the proposal has been used research tools and techniques such as: surveys, questionnaires and direct observation, the application of a management audit is currently considered the best alternative solution because on the base it is can measure the degree of compliance with the goals and objectives, with the only finality of applying a corrective action plan in the short term to improve their personal and business performance and at the same time control the shortcomings that may exist during that process.
