    The investigation focuses in the analysis of the management of the processes of production and the profitability of the Poultry Cecilita, with the purpose of examining the processes, so on not having possessed a suitable planning, For lack of limits or policies that they carry to an empirical process and it does that the administration takes wrong decisions, the results are slightly trustworthy and it does that the poultry one faces a problem that can take him to the cessation of its activities. A suitable process of production that allows solving the problematic inside the poultry one is the production management to generate the change that the poultry one needs to improve his levels of profitability that help to obtain a better growth of the above mentioned entity. The principal contribution of the present work, constitutes in helping to promote the managerial growth of the Poultry Cecilita, of the Parish Cotaló by means of a meticulous analysis, with the purpose of regulating the processes of production, of planning by means of strategies of production that will be of great help to improve the processes and the capture of decisions that realize the high management of the poultry one, a principal point of planning is to do it from the goals and the planned objectives.

    La producción de calzado y la rentabilidad de los artesanos de la parroquia Ambatillo.

    Since colonial times the development of the economy of the canton has been superditada to a set of variables that has resulted in economic diversification and a level of expertise that enable today to market leadership. Thus footwear production is one example of economic development that has its origins in the seventeenth century and empowerment has been the positioning of the city in geographical terms, ie, is an enclave of marketing, granting the territory rated place to trade away. And many of the products are sold or inventoried here (Ambato), to be transferred to other parts of the country for final sale. This advantage as such has often been exploited by the residents of the city to become producers and considering logistics costs of their peers in other locations, can be regarded as proponents of a more competitive in terms of price product. Ambatillo well as many other areas of Canton Ambato, are an example of what was said. That is, they have become producers of footwear weekly generate on average 10 pairs of shoes under a scheme of craftsmanship, with 70% of the processes are manual and dedicated to supplying the fair this product develops each Sunday in the city and where demand is distributed footwear turn into other markets in the country is supplied. This artisan offer is nuanced and in most cases its kind by a low technological level, as well as little formality in their processes, as seen in this investigation is but a cause for the decline in competitiveness market as well as profitability.
