    The aim of the present study aims to strengthen the associative by applying a model of solidarity economy that encourages entrepreneurship and socio-economic development of micro-entrepreneurs “Bramitex”. To achieve this, we need to analyze the theoretical foundations that guide the development of research, assess the socio-economic situation in which this associative is. It is Important That Communities or Organizations Organized under the principles of solidarity economy to boost intended to generate income and improve increase the quality of life of the Initiatives sector.     The popular and solidarity economy has had a remarkable level of world expansion, which is the subject of attention from society, which aims to take initiatives to devolve resources to productive workers and unemployed workers to obtain venture individually or collectively. The Popular Social Solidarity Economy is a shift shaft which seeks the common good, one of the projects undertaken is the program Spinning Development whose purpose is to seek economic and social inclusion, through the association, so that they are motivating and encouraged each participant to conduct collective agreements to mitigate the effects of globalization and benefit collectively. Textile mills are obliged to define strategies to access the competitive world, and if these strategies are not accompanied by management tools to ensure their realization, efforts will be futile. As management believes that the control is a fundamental, basic and essential tool that every organization must obtain to serve as an instrument for making the right decisions, allowing them to control resources, evaluate the activities of the organization processes, evaluate the behavior and attitude of the people, visualize complex problems, higher productivity and meet the objectives of the organization.
