    Los principios cooperativos en el marco de la economía social y solidaria. Un estudio comparativo entre dos cooperativas de ahorro y crédito de Ambato

    El presente análisis de caso consistió en el análisis de “Los principios cooperativos en el marco de la economía social y solidaria. Un estudio comparativo entre dos cooperativas de ahorro y crédito de Ambato”, cuyo objetivo primordial fue: analizar el cumplimiento de los principios cooperativos en dos Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito de la ciudad de Ambato en el año 2017; así como los correspondientes objetivos específicos, que orientaron de forma adecuada la investigación. De ahí que, luego de un amplio soporte de antecedentes, justificación teórica, práctica y metodológica, se buscó el sustento teórico que orientó el análisis con el que se pudo desarrollar un conocimiento más cercano de la validez así como de la importancia de cada uno de los principios cooperativos. El aporte de diversos autores especialistas y el enfoque de revistas, páginas y diversas fuentes dieron consistencia a la metodología aplicada, que se desarrolló mediante un análisis comparativo de cada principio y de los indicadores contenidos dentro de cada uno. Esto frente a la información recabada tanto de la Cooperativa Ambato como de la Cooperativa OSCUS, con la que una vez hecho el análisis se destacaron los puntos relevantes y que fueron visiblemente más destacables, con la correspondiente calificación obtenida en cada indicador. Estos datos fueron condensados en tablas y gráficos de Excel para una mejor comprensión. Se logró realizar el análisis e interpretación correspondiente se estuvo en la capacidad de plantear las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones.

    Through studies conducted it has been determined that the social economy comes in the wake of the need for workers to enforce their rights by inequalities presented in these decades. After such an initiative, the growth of cooperatives begins in various fields and credit cooperative in Germany is created, the aim of this was the granting of loans to the rural sector. But over time the cooperatives decide not to apply the social economy and focus on the accumulation of money due to the capitalist and competitive environment they develop. In our country there is a regulator called SEPS the same as trying to regulate the fulfillment of social responsibility and is this where our research comes to corroborate the correct implementation and enforcement of social responsibility focused on the values and principles in the financial part of cooperatives. It has been determined that there is no proper implementation of social responsibility, on the contrary in the European sector as discussed in Latin America is increasingly spreading and being trend the social economy in all entities, helping their cooperative image a controlling influence in the community where it develops this being measured with established social financial Indicators to make improvements and monitor their proper development. In light of the analysis conclusions about the correct application of cooperative principles and social values applied correctly in its popular finance are obtained.

    Trabajo en Equipo en las Asociaciones un estudio del Programa Hilando el Desarrollo de la Economía Social y Solidaria

    The Social and Solidary Economy as main axis of the fair, democratic, productive, solidary and sustainable economic system believes projects and programs to improve the conditions of life of people. The Program Spinning the Development is an employment source for the textile branch that involves the participation of shops in the elaboration of school kits. The asociatividad like initiative of the current government for the participants of the Program Spinning the Development believes more flexible mechanisms so that indistinctly the individuality becomes an equal work and exactly. The shops impact with a problem like it is it the team work many of the associations they work mistakenly, it is known that the shops are involved more with their relatives than with unknown people it is in and of itself that a labor confidential excess is generated and the personnel doesn't fulfill integrity their tasks and assignments. This project proposes a methodological framework, which will meet each of the members of the task associations should play in each phase, with this implementation will have clear objectives to be achieved and the responsibility that each must perform comply with the supervision and monitoring of its leader or owner.
