    The present research project analyzes the management of the financial resources of the Resource Autonomous, Decentralized Rural Parish of Grande and therefore if it is fulfilling the programmed objectives. For the fulfillment of this investigation, the amount allocated by the Ministry of Finance that is the source of the highest income within the administration is important, which allows meeting the needs and according to the management, compliance with the objectives can be achieved. For this reason it begins with the main problems that are: the inadequate management of financial resources this causes the loss of resources, ignorance of management standards results in the inapplicability of tools, poor planning leads to failure to meet the objectives and inadequate recruitment of income from self-management implies having limited income

    The proper management of the administrative and financial side is an important issue to be addressed within the Guild headquarters taxis Ambato, has decided to conduct this research work, in order to attend by board members to other members of cooperatives, with good management which leads to meet its strategic objectives s raised. This theme "Administrative and Financial Management and its impact on the objective accomplishment in taxi transport cooperative”, is the result of an analysis of taxi cooperatives where there is no adequate decisions by the lack of knowledge and proper guidance for administrative management and economic resources of the institution. Having proper guidance where allowed to have written some rules to follow, where they can be identified responsibilities as members of a cooperative taxis, both as a director or partner as well as the management of each have to meet the institution as public entity; having a guide or manual to follow the decrease does not guarantee all flaws they may have in the institution, it all depends on how I evaluated and adapting control is managed. In development of this research work acted managers of taxi cooperatives, they provided appropriate information in order to find solution to the problem.
