    Alternativa de financiamiento a través del Mercado de Valores para las PYMEs de Ambato durante el período Enero-Junio 2013

    The enterprise regardless its nature, size and environment where it works, at any moment needs to finance its operations related to the increment of new product lines, expansion projects among other needs. Small and medium enterprises in Ambato chosen to leverage their operations through traditional banking but this means of financing is higher costs and constraints for SMBs, it is important to have various financing alternatives that exist in the market. The lack of alternative financing is causing underutilization Stock Market by sector. As a result, a comparative example of two sources of financing has been designed; on the one hand, traditional financing of private banks, on the other hand, a very little known system as the stock market; the first system is more commonly used by people, the second system which is hardly ever used by entrepreneurs in Ambato and Ecuador; these two financing systems have been tested and applied in real practice at the hardware store Pieflex S.A. in Ambato since it has experienced the two types of leverage; therefore, it has been determined the advantages that the stock market offers to whom are willing to be part of it as they attract the necessary resources that enterprises that enterprises demand.

    "La presencia bursátil y su incidencia en los costos financieros de las sociedades anónimas del cantón Ambato"

    Las empresas cualquiera sea su naturaleza, tamaño, medio en el que se desempeña, necesita en algún momento financiar sus operaciones sean estas para el incremento de nuevas líneas de producto, proyectos de ampliación entre otras necesidades. Las empresas en el cantón Ambato financian sus operaciones a través del sistema financiero constituido por Bancos, Sociedades Financieras, Mutualistas, Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito, las mismas que ponen las condiciones y requisitos para otorgar el crédito; de esta manera limitan a las empresas del sector para obtener el financiamiento. Las sociedades anónimas están facultadas para cotizar en Bolsa de Valores, en la que se encuentran diferentes opciones tanto de inversión como de financiamiento, teniendo en cuenta que para la obtención de recursos será la empresa quien ponga los requisitos principalmente en tasas de interés como en el plazo de la deuda a adquirir, siendo esta alternativa una opción que permite a las empresas realizar sus operaciones con mejor planificación. El financiamiento a través de la bolsa de valores se reflejará en la disminución de los costos financieros, porque las tasas de interés fluctúan entre el 3% y 7% mientras en las instituciones financieras está entre el 12% y 22%. lo que daría a las empresas una ventaja competitiva ante las demás.
