    El control presupuestario y el manejo económico-financiero de las Pymes dedicadas a la confección de jean´s en la Asociación 9 de Octubre del Mercado Mayorista Textil de la ciudad de Ambato en el año 2016

    El presente Proyecto de Investigación se lo ha realizado en conjunto con las Pymes dentro de la Asociación 9 de Octubre del Mercado Mayorista Textil, el cual tiene como propósito proponer diferentes métodos de control en el campo presupuestario para de esta manera llegar a disolver inconvenientes en cuanto se refiere tanto a los procesos económicos, como financieros que se llevan a cabo dentro de esta asociación ya que de esta manera se podrá determinar la solidez de las misma y ayudará a determinar a cada empresa cuales son las falencias por las cuales hay que tomar riendas y soluciones correctivas y estas ayuden a obtener adecuados controles presupuestarios de una manera eficaz y eficiente. La investigación a esta problemática surge debido a que en la mayoría de las pymes existían deficientes controles presupuestarios lo que esto desencadenaba en un mal manejo del efectivo, por lo que esta investigación busca una solución definitiva a dicha problemática mediante la aplicación de métodos de control para el buen manejo económico y financiero que se debería llevar a cabo ya que de esta manera se tendrá un enfoque más claro de cómo realizar un control de los rubros que maneja cada empresa y que este sirva de beneficio y crecimiento constante para cada integrante a este gremio de comerciantes dedicadas a la confección y expendio de jeans, ya que esta industria es una de las más representativas e importantes dentro de la asociación por lo que su buen funcionamiento y desarrollo servirá como referente para otros gremios pertenecientes a la asociación. Para que las Pymes obtengan un desarrollo y crecimiento constante, cada una de ellas tiene que poner en marcha un modelo de control presupuestario el cual ayudará a planificar y controlar organizadamente y de forma que proporcione datos estables y reales

    El control contable y su impacto en el manejo financiero de la Escuela de Capacitación de Choferes Profesionales San Juan de Pastocalle

    This research project examines the impact of accounting control of a company in its financial management that is to say: the importance of having sufficient information and at the precise moment in order to manage the financial resources to continue with the normal development of the institution. Research is conducted in the School for the training of professional drivers San Juan to Pastocalle of the city of Latacunga, which currently has financial problems that do not allow you to meet with the payments and obligations. The research work is conducted in the facilities of the institution in the Treasury department and jointly with the Accounting Department, reviewing under the authorization of the responsible first-hand information in order to study the problem under study. Was analyzed and compared the information gathered through checklists that allowed us to obtain reliable results, objective and measurable qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally after analyzing the information it was concluded that the Accounting Control has an impact on the Financial Management and that it is important to establish an accounting control as to obtain the information required by the Department of Treasury will be able to manage the resources that will allow the development and growth of the institution. Readers are invited to review this work as an element of consultation as well as an object of discussion, with the aim of awakening the interest for the study of this topic.

    El manejo financiero en la Compañía de Transporte Transaviq S.A. y la toma de decisiones en el período 2014

    This research analyzes the relationship between financial management and decision making in transport "TRANSAVIQ S.A." The company transport “TRANSAVIQ S.A." has been operating not adequately in relation to the financial management, there fore this generates erroneous decisions, initially to a take action that allows you to decide or not, according to the results you want to obtain, but depends greatly on how there is this structured financing. The importance of analyzing how it affects the financial management in the company will enable an efficient and effective decision-making in every aspect, since it will have a diagnosis situational real, thus facilitating the planning, organization, direction and control, this will result in a correct management of the business and economic growth. Improvement plan based on the Deming cycle in the company TRANSAVIQ S.A, will contribute to the company, generating more efficient and effective methods to carry out their daily operation, by planning to establish procedures for the purpose of the group, be carried out as planned, check to see if the results are consistent with planned and act to correct or eliminate the problems encountered in this way helping to strengthen the company and contributing to the growth of the same.
