Jaime Palacios Francisco Espinoza. It was in 2003 when he decided to set up a workshop where he made aluminum wheels for window, gradually inventiveness would give the opportunity to create small plastic pieces that gave agile solutions to various needs in the field of the aluminum and glass. The main problem of the company is the failure to meet organizations targets that is generated by the poor management of human resources in the production of products, another important factor is the inadequate segregation of duties which leads to a misuse of resources and ultimately lack of motivation of workers receiving no incentives for their work makes the production and sales to decline. For this reason, we intend to create a competitive advantage in the company through designing an organizational structure Human Resource Management, supported by the subsystems of a process of recruitment and selection of personnel, and a plan for training and incentives for human resources to improve the work performance of employees of the company. The organization presents these shortcomings due to empiric treatment that has been given to its human resource.
